Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your spinal cord injury is at or above the T6 level (about the bottom of your shoulder blades) and happened at least 6 months ago.
  • You can attend 9 to 10 study visits (each 1–3 hours) for training and testing.
  • You do not have any other neurological condition (like a stroke) and are not in another research trial.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have unhealed pressure sores, severe spasticity, or uncontrolled blood pressure problems.
  • If you are a caregiver, you must be at least 18 and able to assist with the exoskeleton safely.
