- You are a UCSD faculty physician (not volunteer faculty), age 21 to 70

- You are not currently taking antidepressants or other medications that interact with psilocybin

- You have not used psilocybin or other psychedelics in the past 10 years
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant during the study
