Who can take part

  • You are 19 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with elbow tendinopathy (pain in the tendons around your elbow).
  • Your elbow pain has continued despite trying other treatments like rest, ice, or therapy.
  • You do not have an active infection anywhere in your body.
  • You do not have a rheumatic disease (like rheumatoid arthritis) or other inflammatory disorder.
  • You do not have unstable health problems with your heart, stomach, lungs, or hormones.
