Who can take part

  • You have had elbow pain (epicondylitis, also called tennis elbow) for more than 3 months.
  • You have tried other treatments (like rest, therapy, or pain relievers) for at least 3 months without it getting better.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have not had elbow surgery or a steroid injection in the elbow in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have bleeding problems, take blood thinners (except aspirin), or have conditions like HIV, hepatitis, fibromyalgia, or severe thyroid issues.
