Who can take part

  • Your lung cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and have a specific mutation called EGFR exon 20 insertion.
  • You must not have received prior immunotherapy for your cancer.
  • You must be willing and medically able to have a biopsy before starting treatment.
  • You must have measurable tumors on a CT scan or MRI.
  • You must be in good physical condition (able to do daily activities) with no major organ problems.
  • You must not have had an allergic lung reaction to drugs or radiation in the past.
