Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor (not a blood cancer) with a confirmed EGFR or HER2 change—such as EGFR exon 20 insertion, atypical EGFR mutation (lung only), or HER2 exon 20 insertion, amplification, or overexpression.
  • You have either had prior standard treatment and it stopped working/wasn’t tolerated, or you are in a cohort that allows treatment-naïve cases (depends on the exact subgroup).
  • You can agree to a pretreatment biopsy (a tissue sample taken before starting the study medicine).
  • Your cancer has measurable disease (can be tracked on scans) and your body is in good enough shape—ECOG performance status 0 or 1.
  • Your brain/spinal involvement is acceptable: prior treated and controlled or, if untreated, you have no symptoms; you must not have leptomeningeal disease (unless specifically allowed by scan and no symptoms).
