Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is high-risk or very high-risk (based on your PSA, Gleason score, and tumor stage).
  • Your cancer has not spread beyond the prostate (no lymph node or distant spread on PSMA-PET and MRI scans).
  • You are able to receive hormone therapy (ADT) for 2 years and a newer hormone drug (ARTA) for 6 months.
  • You are generally well enough to go about your daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You have not had prior prostate removal surgery or more than 3 months of hormone therapy before the trial.
