Who can take part
- You must have metastatic bile duct cancer that has spread beyond the original site.
- Your tumor must test positive for HER2 (a protein that can help cancer grow).
- You cannot have had any prior treatment targeting HER2 or any immunotherapy before.
- You must be in fairly good health — able to handle daily tasks (ECOG 0-1).
- If you had surgery or adjuvant therapy, your cancer must have come back more than 6 months later.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
