Who can take part
- Age 18 to 64 years old
- Already received a complete primary COVID-19 vaccine series plus at least one booster shot (last dose at least 16 weeks ago)
- In generally good health, with no major medical conditions that would affect safety
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if able to have children, using effective birth control for 30 days before and 60 days after the study
- No known allergy to any COVID-19 vaccine or to the nasal spray components
- No recent COVID-19 infection (within 16 weeks) and not a current smoker
