Radio wave treatment for advanced liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be treated with surgery or procedures like TACE.
  • You are currently being treated with a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-L1 and anti-CTLA-4).
  • Your liver is working well enough (Child-Pugh score B7 or better).
  • You have not had any other systemic therapy (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for your liver cancer before.

This trial tests a new way to find and treat liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. First, a special dye (RYZ811) is used to see if your cancer cells have a marker called GPC3. If they do, you may receive a targeted radiation treatment (RYZ801) that seeks out those cells. This trial is for people whose liver cancer has grown despite receiving at least one prior therapy.
