- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (HCC) that is 5 cm or smaller

- Your liver is working well (Child-Pugh class A) and you are in good general health (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You do not have certain liver or lung problems, such as a blocked main vein or severe lung disease
