Who can take part

  • You are a man between 50 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with diabetic nerve damage (neuropathy).
  • Your diabetes is well-controlled, with an A1c between 6.5% and 7%.
  • You have had diabetes for more than 10 years.
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • You do not have foot ulcers or deformities, and you have not had leg surgery.
