Long-term safety of plozasiran for high triglycerides

Who can take part

  • You must have completed all study visits in a previous Arrowhead study for plozasiran.
  • You should be on standard cholesterol and triglyceride-lowering medications, unless you can't take them.
  • If you have heart disease or a high risk for it, you need to be on appropriate treatment like a statin.
  • If you have diabetes, it must be well controlled with no recent serious issues.
  • You must be willing to limit alcohol to moderate levels and follow a low-fat diet.
  • You cannot have had pancreatitis within the last 4 weeks.
