Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • If you have liver problems, they must be stable (not getting worse) for at least 2 months.
  • You must not have severe heart problems or long QT syndrome.
  • You need to avoid grapefruit and certain medications for at least 14 days before the study starts.
  • If you have healthy liver function, you must not have had liver disease in the past.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control from the time you sign up until 6 months after your last dose.
