Testing SNH-118110 for Advanced Cancers with RET Gene Changes

This study tests a new drug called SNH-118110 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (RET alteration). The drug is designed to target and slow down cancer cells with this mutation. You may qualify if your cancer has this genetic change and standard treatments haven't worked or you couldn't tolerate them.

Study drug for advanced lung cancer with a specific EGFR change

This Phase 1/2 trial tests HS-10375, a study drug, in people with advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (C797S). It may help by targeting that mutation when standard treatments are not an option.
