  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (confirmed by biopsy).
  • Your cancer has not spread outside the prostate (localized).
  • Your cancer is low, intermediate, or high risk.
  • You are scheduled to receive a specific type of radiation called SBRT.
