Study of REGN5678 plus cemiplimab for advanced prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be a man 18 years or older with prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least two previous treatments, including one type of newer hormone therapy.
  • You must have had your testicles removed or be on hormone-blocking medication to keep testosterone levels very low.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within certain limits.
  • You cannot have serious heart problems, active infections, or a condition that weakens your immune system.
