Who can take part
- You have confirmed prostate cancer that has spread and keeps growing despite lowering testosterone to castrate levels
- You are male and at least 18 years old
- Your testosterone level is very low (below 50 ng/dL) while on treatment to keep it low
- Your cancer has progressed after at least one newer hormone-blocking pill (abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide)
- Your PSMA PET scan shows at least one PSMA-avid spot (brighter than background liver)
- Blood tests and organ function are good enough for study treatment (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys)
