Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your prostate cancer has spread and is worsening despite testosterone suppression (castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer).
  • You are still on hormone treatment that lowers testosterone (unless you had surgery to remove the testicles).
  • You must have evidence you can be measured for response, such as a scan-measurable tumor, a positive blood test for circulating tumor cells, or a PSA level at least 2 ng/dL.
  • You must be able to do most daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and have adequate blood and organ function on lab tests.
  • You must have previously taken at least one prostate-targeted hormone medication like enzalutamide/apalutamide/darolutamide or abiraterone and your cancer still progressed.
