Early study of an HER2 drug in advanced solid tumors

HER2-positive Advanced Solid Tumor

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Lungs & breathing, Skin, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This early-phase trial tests DB-1303 and BNT323 together in people with advanced or metastatic solid cancers that have specific HER2 features. It may be an option when standard treatments have stopped working, aiming to find a safer dose and early signs of effectiveness.

Who can take part

  • You have a HER2-positive or HER2-expressing solid tumor (or HER2-null only for one specific group).
  • Your cancer is advanced/unresectable, recurring, or metastatic, and either didn’t respond to standard treatment, can’t be tolerated, or there’s no standard option.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked by scans.
  • Your general health is good: ECOG performance status 0–1.
  • Your heart function is strong: left heart pumping strength (LVEF) is at least 50%, and you meet related heart rhythm/QT rules.

HER2-targeting drug study for advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1 trial tests a combination of medicines (including DS-1103a) for people with advanced, hard-to-remove (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumors that have HER2 changes. Because it’s an early safety/dose study, it mainly aims to find the right dose and see how the tumor responds.
