Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 90 years old.
  • You either have normal thinking and memory (cognitive unimpaired) or you have some memory loss (cognitive impaired).
  • If you are a woman, you must be postmenopausal, surgically sterilized, or use effective birth control.
  • If you are a man, you must use effective birth control during the study.
  • You must be able to have an MRI brain scan (no metal implants or claustrophobia).
