Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your brain tumor has come back or hasn't responded to standard therapy, and tests show it has a protein called CD70 at a certain level (2+ or higher).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on an MRI or other scan.
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks and are in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain safe ranges.
