Who can take part

  • You must have a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma that is confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your glioblastoma has come back or continued to grow despite standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and generally able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score of 60 or higher).
  • A sample of your tumor must test positive for a protein called CD276. This test can be done on tissue taken within the last 2 years.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor on an MRI scan.
  • Your blood counts and organ functions (like kidney, liver, and heart) must be within a safe range.
  • You cannot have active infections, autoimmune diseases, or have received certain medications (like high-dose steroids) recently.
