CAR-T cell therapy for recurrent glioblastoma

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You must have glioblastoma (WHO grade 4) that has come back after first-line treatment with surgery, radiation, and temozolomide chemotherapy.
  • Your tumor must test positive for a marker called B7H3.
  • You must be able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score of 60 or higher) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You must have adequate blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function.
  • You cannot have had certain prior treatments like other CAR-T cells, oncolytic viruses, or carmustine wafers.
