CAR-T cell therapy for recurrent grade 4 brain tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have a grade 4 glioma (glioblastoma or similar) that has returned or worsened after standard treatments like radiation and temozolomide.
  • Your tumor must have at least 30% of cells positive for the B7-H3 protein (tested on a tissue sample).
  • You are not a candidate for another surgery to remove the tumor.
  • You have good organ function (heart, lungs, blood counts, kidney, liver).
  • You have not received CAR-T therapy or gene therapy before.
