This study tests a new way to help people who have trouble speaking after a stroke by having them mirror and follow along with recorded phrases. It is for adults who had a stroke on the left side of their brain and now have nonfluent aphasia (trouble getting words out).

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your main language is English.
- Your aphasia is from a stroke on the left side of your brain.
- You can understand spoken language fairly well.
- You do not have dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's disease.
- Your vision and hearing are corrected if needed.
