Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had a stroke (either bleeding or clot) confirmed by a scan
- You are between 72 hours and 30 days after your stroke
- You have weakness or paralysis on one side of your leg
- You can sit in a chair with support and move your unaffected leg
- You were able to walk (with or without a cane) before your stroke
- You can understand instructions and communicate in English
- You do not have severe vision problems or other major health issues that prevent sitting exercises
