Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (Stage 3B, 3C, or 4) that cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer has a type of EGFR mutation that responded to earlier targeted pills (like gefitinib or osimertinib), but now the treatment stopped working.
- After your last targeted pill stopped working, tests show your tumor has MET amplification or overexpression (a specific gene change).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and hasn't been treated with radiation recently.
- You have not taken any drug that specifically targets MET before.
