  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific EGFR gene mutation (EGFR-sensitive mutation).
  • Your cancer has stopped responding to a third-generation EGFR targeted therapy (like osimertinib).
  • Your tumor has a change in the CDK4/6 pathway (a gene or protein that helps control cell growth).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (can be seen on scans) and have had at least one prior course of chemotherapy.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and your organs are working well enough.
