Who can take part
- At least 18 years old.
- Have advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be surgically removed or treated with chemoradiation.
- Your cancer must have an EGFR mutation that makes it respond to EGFR drugs (like exon 19 deletion or L858R).
- You have already taken one EGFR-TKI drug and it stopped working, with your cancer growing again.
- After the EGFR-TKI stopped working, a test must show your cancer has MET amplification (a specific genetic change).
- Your daily activities are not severely limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
