Testing gumarontinib with a third-generation EGFR-TKI for lung cancer

Who can take part

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Have advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be surgically removed or treated with chemoradiation.
  • Your cancer must have an EGFR mutation that makes it respond to EGFR drugs (like exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have already taken one EGFR-TKI drug and it stopped working, with your cancer growing again.
  • After the EGFR-TKI stopped working, a test must show your cancer has MET amplification (a specific genetic change).
  • Your daily activities are not severely limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
