  • You have stage IIIB or IIIC non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • Your tumor does not have common gene changes (EGFR, ALK, or ROS1).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this lung cancer, like chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
  • You are physically active enough to get around without much help (ECOG status 0 to 2).
  • You have not had another cancer that is still being treated or watched closely.
