Tislelizumab before surgery and radiation for N3 lung cancer

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Stage III)

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (tislelizumab) followed by surgery and radiation for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (N3 stage NSCLC). The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.

Tislelizumab, Anlotinib and Chemo Before Surgery for Lung Cancer

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (tislelizumab, anlotinib, and standard chemotherapy) given before and after surgery for people with stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that does not have certain gene mutations. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes for patients who can have their tumor removed.
