Baduanjin exercise for long COVID fatigue

This trial tests whether Baduanjin, a gentle mind-body exercise, can help people under 50 with long-standing chronic fatigue that's worse after COVID-19. It aims to see if this safe, low-impact practice improves energy and daily life without needing extra treatments.
