Who can take part

  • You have a herniated disc between the 4th and 5th or 5th lumbar and 1st sacral vertebrae, confirmed by MRI, with leg pain caused by nerve compression.
  • You are between 30 and 45 years old.
  • You have had symptoms for 3 to 6 months.
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • You have no other major medical or mental health conditions that would interfere.
  • You have no prior back or hip surgery, fractures, infections, tumors, or other serious spine problems.
