Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- Your body weight is in the normal to overweight range (BMI 18.5–35).
- You have been diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy (nerve root irritation in the neck) based on an MRI or exam.
- Your pain level is at least a 4 out of 10.
- You have not had neck surgery in the past.
- You are not pregnant, do not have severe health conditions like uncontrolled diabetes or cancer, and you are not taking strong opioid painkillers.
