Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of opioid use disorder and have been taking methadone or buprenorphine at the same dose for at least a month.
  • You have been using opioids for at least a year overall.
  • You do not have any serious eye problems, a history of seizures, or a condition that makes bright light trigger migraines.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have not worked night shifts or traveled across more than two time zones in the past month.
