Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (high pressure in the head with no clear cause).
  • You have symptoms like headaches, nausea, vomiting, vision changes, or swelling in the back of the eye.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have severe allergies to iodine contrast or chronic kidney disease.
  • You are able to have general anesthesia and blood-thinning medications.
