Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 85 years old
  • You have weakness on one side of your body from a stroke, brain injury, or brain tumor that started more than 3 months ago
  • Your shoulder can lift and pull inward with at least a little strength (muscle grade 2 or higher)
  • Your shoulder muscles are not too tight (spasticity grade 1+ or lower)
  • You can understand and follow instructions (score 21 or higher on a thinking test)
