- Age 18–80 years old
- Diagnosed with stroke, Parkinson's disease, ALS, or mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss)
- Moderate arm or hand weakness or difficulty (measured by a standard questionnaire)
- Able to understand instructions and follow along with the study
- No severe psychiatric or cognitive problems that would prevent you from completing tasks and surveys
- Not currently in another rehabilitation program (or finished one more than 3 months ago)
