Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You feel well enough to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has not been treated before.
- You have at least one tumor in your chest that can be safely treated with a short course of radiation (15 Gy in 5 sessions).
- You have not had prior treatment with immunotherapy drugs like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors.
- You do not have active autoimmune diseases, untreated brain metastases, or serious infections needing antibiotics.
