This trial is testing two immunotherapy drugs (balstilimab and botensilimab) to see if they can shrink tumors in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after at least one prior treatment. If you have microsatellite stable (MSS) disease, you may be eligible.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma) that has spread or can't be removed surgically.
- Your cancer has the 'MSS' (microsatellite stable) type, meaning it does not have a specific genetic instability
- Your cancer has grown or spread after at least one prior line of chemotherapy or other systemic therapy.
- You are generally healthy enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had radiation to the liver, and the amount of tumor in your liver is not too high (≤25% of your liver volume).
