Who can take part

  • You are on hemodialysis 3 times a week for at least 6 months.
  • You can read, write, and understand Turkish.
  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You do not have a wound, amputation, rheumatoid arthritis, or broken leg.
  • You do not use any other complementary or alternative therapies.
  • You do not have hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or any psychiatric illness.
