- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months
- You do not use any sleep aids (medication or other methods)
- You have not practiced relaxation exercises like yoga or meditation in the past 6 months
- You are clearly a morning or evening type (not in between)
- You have no serious mental health condition like depression or schizophrenia
