Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have alcohol dependence (confirmed by a doctor or self-report).
  • You have been in remission (not drinking) for at least 1 month.
  • You do not have an active psychiatric illness like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
  • You do not have a physical disability that limits your ability to move.
