Who can take part

  • You are 18–24 years old
  • In the last month, you meet “high-risk” drinking rules (for example, at least 4–5 drinks in a day or at least 8–15 drinks in a week, depending on sex)
  • Your weekday sleep is either short-and-late or long-and-early (bedtime after midnight with ≤7.5 hours sleep, or bedtime at/before midnight with >7.5 hours sleep)
  • You’ve had at least 2 stressful life events (like difficult experiences) in your lifetime
  • You are not currently in high school and you can read/speak English well
