Double dose of 4-AP for spinal cord injury recovery

This study tests whether a higher dose of a drug called 4-AP can help improve leg movement and function after a spinal cord injury. It is for people who have had a spinal cord injury at or above the lower back and can already move their ankle and hip slightly.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • Your spinal cord injury happened at least 6 months ago
  • Your injury is at or above the L2 level (roughly the lower back)
  • Your injury is classified as ASIA A, B, C, or D (any level of completeness)
  • You can make a small visible movement with your ankle and hip muscles
