Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a low-risk, well-differentiated thyroid cancer (papillary or follicular type), 1–4 cm in size
- Your cancer was confirmed by a needle biopsy (Thy5 grade) or after removal of one side of your thyroid
- You are able to communicate in spoken and written English
- You do not have high-risk features like aggressive cell types, spread beyond the thyroid, lymph node involvement, or metastases
