Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist.
- You are 40 years or older.
- You take a Parkinson's medication (like levodopa) and have been on it for at least three months.
- Your Parkinson's is at a mild to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage I to IV).
- You do not have other serious health issues that affect walking, such as other neurological disorders, dizziness, or joint problems in your legs.
- Your memory and thinking are reasonably good (MoCA score 21 or higher).
