Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe lupus based on a score of 7 or higher on a standard lupus activity scale.
- You have been on the same stable lupus medications for at least 30 days before starting the study.
- Your lupus is active, shown by a positive ANA test (1:80 or higher) or high anti-dsDNA antibodies.
- You have B cells in your blood (a type of immune cell).
