Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with ALK-positive lung adenocarcinoma that has spread to nearby tissues (stage III) but not to distant parts of the body.
- You have not had any previous treatment with an ALK-targeted drug or radiation therapy to the chest area.
- You are in generally good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1), and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have acceptable kidney, liver, and blood cell counts based on recent blood tests.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study if needed.
